You must not use this website in any way that may damage, disable, overload or interfere with the website, its security or other users.

Services and treatments

Information about treatments and services on this website is provided for general educational purposes only.

Suitability for any treatment or service will be assessed individually. We reserve the right to refuse treatment where we believe it is not suitable, safe or appropriate.

Treatment results vary between individuals and cannot be guaranteed.

Consultations

A consultation may be required before treatment. During consultation, you may be asked about your health, medical history, allergies, medication, previous treatments, treatment goals and other relevant information.

You must provide accurate and complete information. We are not responsible for issues arising from inaccurate, incomplete or withheld information.

Bookings

Appointments may be booked through our website, by phone, email, WhatsApp or an approved booking system used by Cellia MD.

Your booking is confirmed only when you receive confirmation from us.

We may require a deposit or full payment to secure your appointment.

Deposits

Where a deposit is required, the amount will be shown or confirmed at the time of booking.

Deposits are used to reserve appointment time, practitioner availability and preparation for your appointment.

Cancellations and rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible.

We ask that you give at least 48 hours’ notice before your appointment.

If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, your deposit may be retained.

If you do not attend your appointment and do not notify us in advance, your deposit may be retained and a new deposit may be required to book another appointment.

Late arrival

If you arrive late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled.

If we are unable to carry out the appointment due to late arrival, your deposit may be retained.

Cancellations by Cellia MD

We may need to cancel or reschedule an appointment due to illness, emergency, staff availability or circumstances outside our control.

If this happens, we will contact you as soon as possible and offer to reschedule your appointment.

Prices

Prices may be displayed on our website or provided during consultation.

We reserve the right to update prices at any time. Final pricing may depend on consultation, treatment area, product used, treatment complexity and individual requirements.

Payments

Payments may be made through the payment options available on our website or as agreed with us directly.

Where third-party payment providers are used, their own terms may also apply.

Klarna and third-party payment options

Where Klarna or other third-party payment methods are available, they are provided by the relevant third-party provider.

Cellia MD is not responsible for the approval, rejection, credit decision, repayment terms or operation of third-party finance or payment services.

Products and online shop

If you purchase products through our website, product descriptions, prices and availability may change from time to time.

We aim to display product information accurately, but we do not guarantee that all descriptions, images, prices or availability will always be completely error-free.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where there is an error, stock issue, payment issue or suspected misuse.

Shipping

Shipping options, costs and estimated delivery times may be shown at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless specifically stated.

Please ensure that your delivery details are correct before placing an order. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.

Returns and refunds for products

If you purchase physical products through our website, you may have the right to cancel and return eligible products within the legally required timeframe.

UK guidance states that online customers usually have the right to cancel an order within 14 days after receiving goods, and if they tell the business within that period, they then have another 14 days to return the goods.

Products should usually be returned unused, unopened and in their original condition, unless faulty.

For hygiene, safety or health protection reasons, some products may not be suitable for return once opened, used or unsealed. This may include skincare, cosmetic, personal care or hygiene-sensitive products.

Faulty or incorrect products

If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible.

Email: ana.sak@yahoo.com
Phone: +44 7966 697930

Please include your name, order details, photos if relevant and a short explanation of the issue.

Refunds for consultations and treatments

Consultation fees may be non-refundable once the consultation has taken place.

Refunds are not usually provided for treatments that have already been carried out.

Aesthetic and wellness treatment results vary from person to person. Dissatisfaction with an expected result does not automatically qualify for a refund.

If you have concerns about a treatment result, please contact us so we can review the matter appropriately.

Treatment packages

Where a treatment package has been purchased, refund eligibility will depend on:

  • How many sessions have already been used
  • Any discount or promotional pricing applied
  • The terms agreed at the time of purchase
  • Whether any products, consumables or appointment time have already been allocated
